Mr. Justin Lepone is a former Partner and Director of Partner Relations at Greenlight Capital.

Mr. Lepone joined Greenlight in 2002 and managed the firm’s partner relations effort until May 2019. Mr. Lepone was also a member of the Greenlight Masters multi-manager fund investment team. Mr. Lepone was promoted to Partner at Greenlight in 2009. Prior to joining Greenlight, Mr. Lepone was an Institutional Research Salesman at Stephens, Inc. and Dresdner Kleinwort.

Mr. Lepone received a BA in Economics and English from Rutgers College.
